1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UltraWebScrapingAPI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
UltraWebScrapingAPI provides a web scraping API that retrieves publicly available web page content on behalf of users. The Service includes per-site custom analysis to maximize scraping success rates.
3. Account and API Key
You must create an account and obtain an API key to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Scrape personal data in violation of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Engage in activities that disrupt or damage third-party services
- Resell access to the Service without authorization
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse the playground
5. Credits and Payments
Credits are purchased as one-time payments and do not expire. Failed scrapes are automatically refunded. All purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Service Level
We guarantee a minimum 90% success rate on custom-analyzed sites. This guarantee applies only to sites that have been through our analysis process. The playground and non-analyzed sites do not carry a success guarantee.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." UltraWebScrapingAPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
